This is a message from the management team.

Below is a report of the issues that have currently been detected.

We sincerely apologize to our players for any inconvenience these issues may have caused.

The following issues are currently being investigated and addressed.
We ask for your patience as we work on solutions for them.
If you experience any problems, such as being unable to progress, restarting the app may resolve the issue.

List of Currently Known issues

Sept. 8, 2022

Quests
-In Quest 10 of Record: Rebellion’s Illusion, the story segment before the battle plays even if you select “Battle Only.“
-If you skip the story before the battle in Quest 10 of Record: Rebellion’s Illusion, the story after the battle will play without any text appearing on screen.
-On some devices, the images in Story 4 of Record: Rebellion’s Illusion do not appear correctly when viewed in the Library.

Battles
-When a P5R crossover character uses their skill under certain circumstances, the cut in appears at an incorrect time.
-When a P5R crossover character is stunned, and cannot activate their skill, the cut-in still appears.

Other
-If you have a P5R crossover character in your loadout when using the 3D viewer, a “skill” category that doesn’t play any animations may appear under certain circumstances.

Quests
-Characters don't stop running even after reaching the target in some fields, causing the game to become stuck.

-Characters move out of bounds after being hit with certain enemy skills in Abyss Tower: Shadowy Cave III, causing the game to becomes stuck.

Battles
-The HP gauge may be displayed incorrectly after using the "Recovery" ability.

Special Gift Roulette
-The ad sometimes doesn't get played for Special Gift Roulette.

Recollections of Dusk
-Weapons and memories that were in your loadout while completing Recollections of Dusk quests on Hard become uneditable, and cannot be sold or ascended.

-If you select EX Character Stories > Recollections of Dusk in the library, move to a different screen in the menu, and return to the EX Character Stories screen, Rion cannot be selected, and selecting other characters causes the text to display incorrectly.

-3D Viewer: The skill animation for Progenitor Sister and Divergent sister does not play correctly for special actions.

-3D Viewer: If you pivot a character and then play a skill animation, some characters animate from the position they were in before pivoting.

-3D Viewer: Some character animations do not play correctly if the character is equipped with a weapon that is not their preferred weapon type.

-The game gets stuck in a loading screen if you complete the last quest for Door of Recollections in Recollections of Dusk’s Chambers of Dusk while you have unclaimed login rewards.
The issue can be fixed by restarting the app.

-Some images announced in Mama’s broadcast are displayed in black and white.

-The game screen returns back to Chambers of Dusk quest menu instead of the top menu for quests when a quest is completed while in the Chambers of Dusk area of Recollections of Dusk.

Boss Skils
-The skill description for the Extra Hard boss in the Event Quest "Record: Trench of Lost Bonds" was incorrect.

-One of the skills used by the Senior Officer boss was displayed incorrectly as "Wrath." This issue has been fixed, and the correct skill name, "Enmity," is now displayed.

-The skill description for 063y (Phantasmal Prisoner)’s character skill Edge of Shadow was incorrect, and the skill duration was displayed as “15 sec.” rather than “60 sec.” in the Per Level section of the skill details page. This was a display-only issue and the skill has been working correctly.

- The game may become stuck between waves in subjugation battles. We are currently investigating the cause of this issue, and will keep players informed on any further updates.

- The skill description for Fio (Abstract Girl)'s skill "I've Got This!" was incorrect. This was corrected on Aug. 30th 21:15 PST.
Correct skill description: Deal 170% damage to one enemy 3 times (damage dealt increases by 80% when afflicted by a status ailment).

Arena
- In the Defense Win Rate section of the Arena > Rewards screen, Arena Points are always displayed as 0, regardless of the actual point status.

Note: Points earned during defense are added correctly in the Battle Results and Arena Points sections.

Other
- An incorrect voice line was being played for Levania (Human Monster) during battles. The voice line has been changed to the correct one.

- Certain voice lines were not being played for Fio during battle. These voice lines will now play.

Companion
- Companion abilities that have the same effect currently stack while active. However, this will be changed so only the ability with the greatest effect will be applied.

Some of the characters' abilities had incorrect effects that didn't match their descriptions.
This issue has already been fixed and is currently working as intended.

- Noelle (Celebratory Weapon)　Luminous Rush
Incorrect effect: Increases the attack of equipped light-affinity weapons by 75%.
Effect description: Increases the stats of equipped light-affinity weapons by 40%.

- Griff (Celebratory Captain)　Icewater Rush
Incorrect effect: Increases the HP of equipped water-affinity weapons by 75%.
Effect description: Increases the stats of equipped water-affinity weapons by 40%.

- Fio (Celebratory Girl) Void Rush
Incorrect effect: Increases the attack of equipped dark-affinity weapons by 60%.
Effect description: Increases the stats of equipped dark-affinity weapons by 25%.

Note: "Stats" refer to HP, Attack, and Defense.

-We have confirmed that some quest missions cannot be cleared even if the mission requirements are met and the quests have actually been completed in the Daily Challenges.

*Players who completed Quest Missions but were not counted as cleared due to the aforementioned issue will be compensated via the gift box with 1 Small Stamina Recovery per the number of times they completed the Quest Mission while the issue was occurring.

Enhancement
- When you use a weapon as a material for enhancement, the level of the weapon returned may be displayed incorrectly.
This is a display-only problem. It has been returned correctly.

Quests
- In Main Quest Ch. 11: Mist on the Water Quest 4, the dark scarecrows in The Cage may not advance, making it impossible to progress.

- Total force sometimes does not display correctly in limited decks, such as those for the Daily Challenge and the character quests.

Other
- When purchasing multiple items at once, the number of items owned after exchange may not be displayed correctly.
This is a display-only problem. After the exchange, the items are added normally.

- Sending a friend request to someone while a friend request has already been sent to them may cause the game to be unable to progress.
Note: This issue can be resolved by restarting the app.

- Sending support to friends while having excess stamina may cause an error to occur.
