The response to recent issues, announced in the notice "Correspondence to Karma Effects of Sarafa (Abyssal Belle)" posted Sep. 30 00:40 PST has been decided and will be detailed below. *Please check below for the Correspondence to Karma Effects of Sarafa (Abyssal Belle) notice.

Regarding Costumes with Karma Effects

[Correspondence]
"Skill cooldown time extended by 30%" will be added to the effect gained in the "Karma: III" slot for all costumes that are capable of Karma.

For costumes that have or will have an effect equivalent to "Haste, Inferno Haste, Liquid Haste, Tempest Haste, Lucid Haste, Void Haste" in "Karma: I" and "Karma: II, the effect value will remain the same, and the effect value will be adjusted so that it can be added to effect that can obtain in "Karma: III", "30% reduction in the time until your skills can be used again.

These changes are scheduled to take effect Oct. 5 18:00 PST.
*The effects of ★★★★ and ★★★ will be adjusted so that there is no change in the individual appearance rate of each. *Only the appearance rate of ★★ effects that can be obtained in Karma: III will be changed and allocated to the additional ★★★★ effects and ★★★ effects.

Regarding upgrades of of Abyssal character Ability Effect Values

We will take the following actions to adjust the effect of Abyssal characters' Karma Effects.

All Abyssal characters with the ability "Skill cooldown time extended by 50%". will have their ability effect value changed to "Skill cooldown time extended by 20%.". This change is scheduled to be implemented on Oct. 5 18:00 PST.

Regarding Abyssal Witch Summons and Paid Only: Abyssal Witch Multi-Step Summons

[Eligible Players]
Players who consumed Gems or Summons Tickets in the Abyssal Witch Summons and Paid Only: Abyssal Witch Multi-Step Summons between 18:00 on Sep. 24 and 22:37 on Sep. 29 (PST).

[Correspondence]
The same number of paid Gems, free Gems, and Summons tickets will be distributed to eligible Players as the Gems consumed in the Abyssal Witch Summons and Paid Only: Abyssal Witch Multi-Step Summons.
*Free Gems will be sent as a gift and paid Gems will be given directly. Paid Gems are not sent as gifts and will not appear in your receipt History.

This is scheduled to take effect Oct. 3 22:00 PST.

Reopening of Abyssal Witch Summons and Paid-only Abyssal Witch Summons

The maintenance on Abyssal Witch Summons and Paid-only Abyssal Witch Summons will end and the summons will resume Oct. 5 18:00 PST.
