Information Regarding Karma effect of Sarafa (Abyssal Belle)

We have received several inquiries regarding the Karma effect of Sarafa (Abyssal Belle), which was added as a costume eligible for Karma on Sep. 27 18:00 PST.
Due to concerns regarding Karma and its effects, we have previously postponed the addition of Karma for certain costumes, so we would like to reiterate this notice.
Sarafa (Abyssal Belle)'s Karma Effects
The effect "Skill cooldown time reduced by 30%." is included as part of Karma. This is the intended effect. Therefore, we do not plan to make any changes to this effect at this time. However, as we have received several inquiries regarding this effect, we will use them as reference for potential balance adjustments as well as future costumes and their respective Karma effects.
