Regarding the Issue in 'The People and the World' New Chapter
Hello, and thank you for playing NieR Re[in]carnation.
This is a message from the management team.
As of Jul. 19 18:00 PST, we have confirmed the following issues with the new chapter addition of The People and the World.
Known Issues
Background music may not play when starting The People and the World Overture II: Scarlet.
This issue may be resolved using the following methods.
1.The issue may be resolved by restarting the application.
2. The issue may be resolved by starting Overture II: Scarlet from the map.
3. The issue may be resolved by clearing Quest 1 of Overture II: Scarlet.
Unintended effects may be displayed regarding the hologram of Mama during some scenarios in the Opening and Overture II: Scarlet chapters of The People and the World.
This issue was fixed on Jul. 19 20:25 PST.
We are currently working on finding out the cause of the issues that have not been fixed yet, and appreciate your patience and understanding.
