Arguably the best turret given the weapons available to light (His own 2h sword and Fortune's Task, while main handing the Subjugation Staff (ideally refined but not necessary), when coupled with an unit that buffs light damage through Recollection of Dusk Gayle's 1h sword (Summer Yurie a good candidate for it, shortening her start of game CS animation and not losing much by not being water in a turret team); he is the most deadly turret to absolutely focus if present in the enemy team.
