Absolutely fantastic wind DPS / Sub DPS Hybrid, his CS granting non element-locked team pursuit is astounding, along with the wind damage buff that comes with it, enables the entire team to hit just a lot higher, which is an invaluable trait in Subjugation.
His CS damage component is 330x5 and the conditional is not +70 if wind, but if critical hit (which is taken for granted), meaning he'll EASILY cap in every element, providing the team pursuit as well, which is what makes him an excellent Sub DPS.
In wind, he's able to deal crazy numbers along the lines of 500m+ in wave 1, having every skill and auto attack cap while using the Subjugation Gun as main hand, for the shorter cooldowns.
Xmas Yurie one-upped his Xmas costume, so he took revenge and greatly one-upped Yurie's NY costume.
Awakening passive is great for consistency in AA chains (making 4 and 5 hit chains more likely to happen than 3 or less) but that's a luxury only, not required.
