The Crit damage buff component of her CS can be extended and stacked up by Summer Gayle & Zero (Any element), Abstract Sarafa & Divine Yurie (Fire), essentially granting her double damage if stacking the buff properly.
Combined with the fact her AA and skills animations are extremely fast, she can fit a lot more actions than many other characters, which enables her to reach absurd amount of damage in a tight time frame (like KD in Subjugation), fitting 4 skills, 3x 4/5 AA chains (capping most hits past the first / second) and 2 CS in KD.Festive Fio took over the role of most effective general element DPS.
A0 she's already beastly, A3 gives her a little boost but not required in the slightest - unless you're trying to push for X rank scores, then every little bit helps.
